The Monarch of The Seas
Danny and I took a quick, fun cruise out of Port Canaveral down to the Bahamas. It was a 3 night cruise that left on Friday, March 13th. Yep, you got it right.....Friday the 13th! I tell ya, it was certainly the best Friday the 13th I've ever had!! :-) We were told to travel on Royal Carribean and WOW was it incredible! Such an amazing ship, outstanding service and incredible food! Not to mention we enjoyed nice, warm, sunny weather while Atlanta was experiencing a rainy weekend. We left the boys with Rusty and Kathleen for the weekend and they were great enough to take on all of the boys' schedules, etc. From the minute we got on the ship we didn't have to worry about the boys...which is priceless. We had all kinds of great plans for our quick cruise but by the time we began to relax we decided there was no time for excursions. I didn't want to have any agenda at all so we enjoyed the freedom of roaming Nassau at our leasure. It reminded me a lot of Mexico (they like to negotiate like in Mexico.)

We've decided that our next cruise will be at least a 5 day cruise...maybe longer...and we'll have to bring the boys along too :-)
